HC Lugano's Luca Fazzini will be a Bianconero for three more years. As the club announces, the forward has signed a contract extension.

Therefore, the 21-year-old has a valid contract until the end of the 2019-2020 season with the Bianconeri. Fazzini, who is a product of HC Lugano's youth organisation, gave his National League A debut during the 2012-2013 season and has scored 43 points (23 goals and 20 assists) in 169 games ever since then. This season thus far, Fazzini was able to put up eleven goals and seven assists in 37 games.

Although EV Zug reportedly wanted to sign Fazzini as well, he has now decided to stay with HC Lugano. The contract of the forward would have expired at the end of this season.
