"We will not start without foreign players," Müller tells the Tages-Anzeiger. "Our goal is still a playoff spot and that's hard to achieve without foreign players." Kloten's president Hans-Ueli Lehmann had told the Blick in mid-February that, due to another budget reduction, the club might not be able to afford a single import-player.
In addition to the imports, Kloten is also looking for a goaltender, a defender and a forward. As for Martin Gerber, the 42-year-old goalie has not yet taken a decision regarding his future. "It's a process, and we will communicate further information as soon as we know more," Müller adds.
