As Le Matin Dimanche (relayed by SwissHabs) reports, Chris McSorley and Hugh Quennec might have found a compromise. McSorley could, in fact, remain in Geneva, albeit only as team manager.

One week ago, the Tribune de Genève reported that Chris McSorley might have to leave Genève-Servette HC. Reportedly, the Grenats' owner Hugh Quennec and the 54-year-old team manager and head coach are not on the same page anymore. On Thursday, however, the club wrote in a press release that these rumors had not been initiated by them.

As stated in this press release, the Grenats are currently carrying out a thorough evaluation of the past year. This includes every involved person (leadership, coaching staff, and players).
