The spirit and purpose of this deepened cooperation is the use of synergy potential, as the four clubs have more possibilities and ressources together than alone.
Although their different youth levels will appear under the name of "Young Flyers" from now on, the independence and identity of the four clubs will be further maintained, as they are not going to merge into a new club.
The newly initiated "Young Flyers" organisation will cover around 700 youth players, from the Moskito- up to the Elite level. The involved youth teams will hit the ice in unified jerseys already as of the upcoming 2017-18 season.
