The 23-year-old forward had already been part of EHC Kloten's organization from 2009 to 2010, playing for their U17 and U20 team before joining HC Lugano. Bozon was drafted in the third round by the Montreal Canadiens in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft and mostly played in the AHL these past two seasons.

In 43 games for the Springfield Thunderbirds, the forward recorded eight goals and seven assists this season. He also suited up for the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL, putting up three goals and three assists in 14 games.
