Zurkirchen has agreed to a three-year contract and will thus stay with the Lions until the end of the 2019-20 season. The 26-year-old goaltender spent the last four seasons playing for HC Ambrì-Piotta, posting a .912 save percentage this past regular season.
Zangger, on the other hand, had already confirmed that he had signed a two-year contract with LHC to the Luzerner Zeitung back in January. In 64 games for EV Zug this seasons, he recorded 13 goals and 18 assists.
