The Canadian has signed a two-year contract with the Dragons and joins his old companion Mark French behind Gottéron's boards. He is expected to arrive in Fribourg in mid-July.
With Fribourg's new head coach, Fedorchuk already worked during the 2013-14 season in Zagreb. Before joining the KHL's Medveščak Zagreb in 2013, Fedorchuk worked as a scout for the NHL's Winnipeg Jets.
