McNamara says to the Journal du Jura (relayed by SwissHabs) that Nussbaumer will have the chance to play with EHC Biel in the National League on a regular basis in the upcoming season. The youngster, who will celebrate his 17th birthday on September 25, is thus set to make his debut in Switzerland's highest league soon.
Last season, Nussbaumer suited up for EHC Biel's Elite-A. In 29 games, the Swiss junior international scored eleven goals and added 17 assists for 28 points.
