Martin Schaub, 52, has agreed to a new one-year deal, while SCL's former defenseman Marco Schüpbach, who decided to hang up his skates at end of last season, has signed a two-year contract extension.

Schaub will continue working as head of youth level and head coach of the Elite B team in the 2018-19 season. However, he will no longer be responsible for the 'Novizen'-level, including the head coaching position.

Schüpbach, on the other hand, remains head of 'registration level' and will continue his training to become a professional hockey coach. Moreover, the 39-year-old will support the talent development and skills training.
