The two youngsters Stéphane Heughebaert (photo), 20, and Joachim Vodoz, 21, have both signed new one-year contracts with EHC Olten.

Moreover, as part of the cooperation between EHC Olten and EHC Basel/KLH, the two forwards will both have their B-license in the MySports League, EHC Basel announces.

Heughebaert and Vodoz joined EHC Olten last summer from Lausanne HC's Elite-A juniors and played their first full seasons in the Swiss League, although both played a couple of games on loan for the first league team EHC Zuchwil-Regio.

Heughebaert suited up in 39 games for EHC Olten and was able to put up a total of five points (two goals, three assists). Vodoz, appeared in 25 games for Olten and also recorded five points (one goal, five assists).
