The young forward, who was part of SC Bern's and HC Davos' youth organizations, is in possession of a Swiss player's license and will thus not count against HCC's contingent of import players. In the past season, Kiss was under contract with the EBEL's Fehérvár AV19.
For the Hungarian team, Kiss suited up in 16 games over the course of the past season, in which he scored one goal. In addition, the 21-year-old also played for their U20 team and for Fehérvári Titánok in the Erste Liga.
