According to rfj.ch, 74.4% of the voters were in favor of the renovation of the rink (7'712 yes and 2'654 no) and 63.8% for the second rink (6'608 yes and 3'744 no). The latter will come in NHL size. This will allow the site to integrate the future national ice hockey training network, consisting of six centres: Davos, Zug, Langnau, Ambrì-Piotta, Visp and Porrentruy. To this end, the Confederation will put in a million to subsidize the project.

For now, the voting public has approved a credit of 20.3 million francs to renovate the building. The finished arena will hold a capacity of 4,650 spectators. They also approved an additional loan of 7.5 million francs for the construction of the second rink. One decision is still pending, though: the parliament of the canton of Jura still has to approve an additional CHF 7 million in subsidy by the canton.
