A modest regular season (HCC finished in fourth place) and the team's early elimination from the playoffs in the quarterfinals against HC Ajoie seem to have had a direct impact on the finances and also led to a certain lack of enthusiasm around the club, Arcinfo reports.
In addition to the financial report, HCC's board of directors introduced two new people who will join the management board: Olivier Calame and René Benninger. After a rather difficult fiscal year, the club's leadership hopes to do better next season, especially on the sporting level.
