Philip Åhlström leaves Langenthal for La Chaux-de-Fonds

Åhlström, 23, was a part of SC Langenthal since 2015. He suited up for them 184 times over the course of a bit more than three seasons. His contract would have lasted until the end of this term, but on Åhlström's request has now been annulled.

Instead, the Swede with a Swiss license will play for HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, where Åhlström inked a deal until the end of the season. On Thursday, he will practice with his new team for the first time.
