It has taken Coffman only nine games this season to convince everyone at HCC: "The contract extension was unanimously approved by the club and myself," team manager Loïc Burkhalter says. "Tim showed us what he is capable of."
According to information from the Journal du Jura, Coffman's contract includes an out-clause, in case he gets an offer from a superior league such as the National League.
Over the course of the current season, the 30-year-old has put up a total of 15 points (ten goals) in nine games with Chaux-de-Fonds, which makes him their top scorer. He ranks third overall in the Swiss League in points and first overall in goals scored.
