The team manager of SC Langenthal is in poor health and has now decided to take a step back from his current position.

Guyaz to take time out from his job

Noël Guyaz had a smooth transition from his active playing career to his post-hockey career as a team manager and assistant coach of Langenthal and he was happy with the way things turned out but "I never took a break. Today I feel that maybe I should have done that."

"During and after my active playing career, I've never given my body and my mind the time to recover," Guyaz states. "I now [...] want to recharge my batteries and find out which path I want to take for my future."

Marc Eichmann, who already worked closely with Guyaz, will now take over as team manager on an ad-interim basis. He also will continue to work as goalie coach. As for the assistant coach position, SC Langenthal is considering their options.
