According to Blick's Stephan Roth, the defenseman is about to change teams and suit up for the Swiss League team.

Marc Grieder already told the Aargauer Zeitung in mid-January that they are looking to add some defenders in view of the playoffs. Since the HCB Ticino Rockets will miss the playoffs this season, this move would likely make sense for both parties. However, EHC Olten does not want to confirm the transaction yet, the Aargauer Zeitung reports.

The 33-year-old defenseman is currently under contract with HC Lugano but has only played for the HCB Ticino Rockets this season. In 23 games, he has recorded three goals and four assists.

He also played five games for HC Davos this season, as the National League team was short on defensemen back in November. He was then also invited to play in the Spengler Cup with the team.
