Jérôme Lanz will have to leave the EVZ Academy

"I did not get a new contract because the training costs they have to pay my former team EHC Basel are too high," Lanz states. "I will be replaced by an Elite A player."

Lanz is now trying to gain a contract from another Swiss League team. The 20-year-old forward has appeared in 40 games for the EVZ Academy, recording four goals and one assist.
