Just as his fellow countryman Brent Kelly, also forward Jeff Campbell has decided to retire. The two have suited up for SC Langenthal for the past seven years. Due to injury, Campbell lately supported head coach Per Hånberg as assistant coach. It has yet to be determined in what position Campbell will work for SCL in the future.

Moreover, the Oberaargauer confirm the departures of Marco Mathis, Joël Scheidegger (HC Thurgau), Toms Andersons (SCL Tigers), Nico Dünner (SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers), and Silvan Hess (EHC Winterthur). As Mathis is still recovering from a concussion, it is not yet clear what his future will look like.

On April 17, Langenthal will have a press conference in which they will present further changes in their roster for the upcoming season.
