The 20-year-old forward has signed a two-year contract with the Swiss League team.

"For me, it is crucial to get enough ice time now," Luca Wyss tells desktopstories.ch. "I wanted to take on more responsibilities and strive for a change of air, which has become clear to me in the last couple of days."

SC Langenthal's assistant team manager Marc Eichmann and he discussed his future but in the end, Wyss came to the conclusion that, at least for now, the EVZ Academy would provide the better opportunity for his development.

The 20-year-old made his Swiss League debut in the 2016-17 season. This past season, he recorded five goals and three assists in 50 games for Langenthal.
