Hall is dealing with mental issues that have accentuated in the past few weeks. "I fought hard to be able to continue this job here, especially as the collaboration with head coach Fredrik Söderström, the whole team, and the club was very good. But now I had to admit to myself that unfortunately it is not possible anymore and I have to take care of my health", he reveals to the Oltner Tagblatt.
"Dennis earned himself a lot of respect as a person and coach in the months he spent in Olten. His handling of the current situation also shows a lot of courage. We have full understanding for his decision and wish him a lot of strength and a speedy recovery from the bottom of our hearts," EHCO's team manager Marc Grieder tells the same source. It is also Grieder, who will take over Hall's position behind the boards ad interim and until further notice.
