HC Sierre and Diego Scandella talking about a contract extension

With his one-year contract with HC Sierre at the side of head coach Dany Gelinas running out at the end of the season, Diego Scandella's future is open. "The discussion to continue together has started. There's a good feeling about it," the former assistant coach of HC Ambrì-Piotta says.

After 23 games, HC Sierre is very close to a playoff spot, trailing the GCK Lions by only two points. In the past seven games, they were able to celebrate five victories.
