As Marcel Kuchta writes in the Oltner Tagblatt, EHC Olten might see many departures for the next season. Defensemen Daniel Eigenmann and Anthony Rouiller received concrete offers for an extension, but both are waiting to see if they could manage to get a contract in the National League. Who already has a contract in the pocket with a team from the highest league, apparently, is Riccardo Sartori (13 points in 35 games), who is linked to EHC Biel.

As for the offense department, it is reported that HC Ambrì-Piotta has a strong interest in Stanislav Horanský. The Slovak, who holds a Swiss player's license, has one of the highest points-per-game averages in the league, with 1.63. Nonetheless, team manager Marc Grieder has made the 25-year-old an offer. Moreover, still within the offense department, it looks like that the option to extend the contract with Garry Nunn will be exercised.

Finally, according to the same source, goaltender Silas Matthys is close to reaching an agreement to extend his stay in Olten.
