Dion Knelsen has been suspended due to a kneeing against the EVZ Academy's Nico Gurtner. As a consequence, he will also have to sit out for EHC Olten's upcoming home game against EHC Visp on Saturday. The 31-year-old already served one of his two games on Tuesday.

Knelsen is the third-best scorer in the Swiss League with 53 points (24 goals) in 36 games so far. Only HC Ajoie's import-players Philip-Michaël Devos (82 points) and Jonathan Hazen (64 points) have accumulated more points than Knelsen.
