Janick Schwendener no longer part of HC Thurgau
The reason for Schwendener's departure is simple: the two parties were not of the same opinion in regard to the sportive side of things and thus decided to end things amicably.
Janick Schwendener has been part of HC Thurgau's organization since the 2017-18 season. However, he already played for them in the 2016-17 season albeit on loan from the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. This past season, he appeared in 26 games, posting a .917 save percentage.
