As anticipated by the Tages-Anzeiger, Fabian Sutter, 38, is going to retire from professional hockey. Also retiring are forward Adrian Brunner, 32, and goaltender Andrin Seifert, 22. On the other hand, the futures of the departing Emilijus Krakauskas, Lucas Bachofner, and Edson Harlacher remain open.
