Luca Christen, a product of SC Langenthal's organization, has become a pillar of the team since his debut in the Swiss League in 2016 as stated by Kevin Schläpfer, the team manager of the club: "Luca has developed steadily over the past years and is one of the absolute top performers in the team. We are very happy that the contract with this sought-after defensive talent has been extended". So far in this season, Christen is second in points among defensemen of SCL, having put up seven points.

In addition to Christen, two more players will stay a little longer with SC Langenthal: forwards Eero Elo ((FIN)) and Jack Walker ((USA)) will remain for one more month. "Eero Elo, with his presence and his finishing skill, is an important factor in our team. We are very happy that he feels comfortable with us and that the contract could be extended" says Schläpfer about the Finn, who has collected twelve points in twelve games so far.

About Walker, Schläpfer emphasizes his determination: "Jack has invested a lot of time and effort for the try-out with us and has shown perseverance. In the games he was able to play, he has repeatedly demonstrated his potential. With his speed and his determination, he can definitely help us ". Walker has recorded four points in eight games.
