Jürg Bircher, who led EHC Kloten as president between 2009 and 2012, was sentenced for unfaithful management, falsification of documents as well as fraud, the Blick reports.
In 2014 already, the department of public prosecution initiated investigations against him for shifting money back and forth between the hockey club and his own construction company as well as for having embellished various figures.
