Although negotiations with the Norwegian forward are still ongoing, HC La Chaux-de-Fonds is on the outlook for two new imports.

As Arcinfo writes, the contract of Mathias Trettenes will probably not be extended. Team manager Loïc Burkhalter is thus looking for two new import-players, Arcinfo writes. Apparently on top of his list: Canadian forward Nick Petersen.

For the past three season, Petersen has played for the Klagenfurter AC in Austria's ICEHL. This season, in which his contract is expiring, the 31-year-old has appeared in 48 games and recorded 50 points (20 goals) so far.

A return of their former forward Dominic Forget from EHC Kloten, however, seems unlikely. "I have to deal with my budget and I'm not complaining," Burkhalter says to Arcinfo. "We'll try to use fewer B-licenses next season, but it's also a question of means."
