David Wildhaber will no longer play professional hockey.

"The last three years I was playing at my physical limit," David Wildhaber tells the Thurgauer Zeitung. "The recent knee injury did the rest for me." Now, the 26-year-old will make the transition to the private sector.
In addition to David Wildhaber and to the already known departures of goalie Nicola Aeberhard (HC La Chaux-de-Fonds) and defender Joël Scheidegger (EHC Olten), also Jan Mosimann, Patrick Brändli, and Florian Schmuckli are set to leave HC Thurgau.
Moreover, it seems unlikely that the import-players T.J. Brennan and Jonathan Ang will stay with the club, the Thurgauer Zeitung writes.
