Goaltender Sandro Zurkirchen joins EHC Kloten from HC Lugano on a one-year contract with an option for an additional year in the National League. Moreover, the Flughafenstädter have signed forward Andri Spiller, 25, to an early two-year extension (until 2024) and 19-year-old Harrison Schreiber has put his signature under a one-year deal.

EHC Kloten's roster is now almost complete, as the club announces. They will, however, keep the option open to sign another defender before the start of the new season. Their staff will also take a closer look at their 18-year-old youngsters Nils Riesen (goalie) and Vincent Despont (defender) during the pre-season.

On the team manager position, the former forward Patrik Bärtschi, who played for Kloten, Bern, and ZSC during his career, will take over effective immediately from Felix Hollenstein. Hollenstein is still recovering from illness. As soon as he is ready to return to work, they will find a new position for him within their organization.
