Nelson Chiquet is in tryout with the Rockets.
GCK Lions
The most prominent of the seven players is forward Nelson Chiquet. The 23-year-old has already had some National League experience with HC Fribourg-Gottéron. For the past three seasons, he played for the GCK Lions in the Swiss League.
In addition, the Rockets have invited some U20 players: center Matteo Valenza (Geneva), right winger Axel Leone (Lugano) and defender Tamas Ortensky (Biel).
Moreover, there are three Swiss or Swiss-Canadian players from North America: Center Ashton Stockie (21, Mercyhurst University), right wing Mike Finger (25, Adrien College) and Swiss defender Noé Ben Salem (19, Binghampton Black Bears).
