In Devin Muller, HC La Chaux-de-Fonds is acquiring a former player. The 29-year-old used to play for them from 2013 to 2017 before leaving for his first stint with EHC Olten (until 2019). A few months into his second stint with the Mice, he will now return to HCC.
For Simon Sterchi, the player headed the other way, it will be the first time suiting up for Olten. They are taking over his contract (valid until 2023) from La Chaux-de-Fonds after the 27-year-old approached the Bees about a termination.
EHC Olten and HC La Chaux-de-Fonds are set to face each other tonight, with both players already on their respective new team's roster.
