The club representatives of the Swiss League voted in favor of the tournament as they add great value to the National Cup, the SIHF writes in a press release.
The main round of the National Cup will consist of the Swiss League clubs as well as 18 amateur teams (six per region) and additional two to four amateur teams from a preliminary round (which are drawn).
