EHC Visp has decided to part ways with the Candian due to "insufficient results and the unsatisfying development of the team." Until the international break, Marco Schüpbach will act as Visp's head coach.
Beat Heldstab will support Schübach as an assistant coach and Daniel Wobmann will focus on his tasks as a team manager. While Schübach will thus take over, for the time being, the Swiss League team is looking to find a solution for the vacant position as fast as possible.
