Until Friday, EHC Arosa, EHC Chur, and HCV Martigny from the MyHockey League can still withdraw their applications for the Swiss League without justification. And until February 15, teams from the Swiss League can declare their voluntary relegation to the MyHockey League.
"It will depend on the aid that we receive," Sébastien Reuille, team manager of the HCB Ticino Rockets, says to the Corriere del Ticino. The exact figure the National League teams are going to pay is still open. "We trust to get more precise information by the end of the week," Reuille says, and adds that the Rockets want to stay in the league.
The teams from the MyHockey League are waiting for answers too. "Before we decide, we want to be able to assess the risk," EHC Chur's president Christian Aliesch says to the Aargauer Zeitung. A statement that is mirrored by EHC Arosa's CEO Adrian Fetscherin.
