Léonardo Fuhrer is a product of HC Fribourg-Gottéron's organization and has played for various Swiss League teams over the last couple of seasons.
Last season, he recorded 23 goals and 14 assists in 45 regular-season games for HC La Chaux-de-Fonds. He added six goals and one assist in 13 games to his tally.
