Announced as a departure from HC Ajoie in May, Anthony Rouiller might have found a new home. As Ajour writes, the 29-year-old is joining EHC Basel for the coming season. It would not be his first dance at the knee of the Rhine, he already spent some time with the Basel Sharks on loan from EHC Biel during the 2013-14 season.
A member of Ajoie for the last three years, Rouiller was part of the 2021 roster that got promoted to the National League. Just one year later, the defenseman achieved the same feat again, on loan with EHC Kloten.
