To react to the absence of Sondre Olden, who will be sidelined for a month with a foot injury, HC La Chaux-de-Fonds has acquired the services of Renars Krastenbergs for a month. The 24-year-old forward played for two different clubs in the HockeyAllsvenskan last season.
In 27 games with Södertälje SK, the Latvian international collected ten points. Krastenbergs then joined AIK, for which he suited up in 26 games recording 17 points.
