The 25-year-old has been in Langenthal since the beginning of the 2015-16 season. and will now leave the Oberaargau at the end of this season to join Langenthal's current opponent in the playoff semi-final. In the 2011-12 season, Montandon already played 27 games on loan for the Ajoulots.
This season so far, Montandon has appeared in 39 games for Langenthal, putting up 21 points (ten goals, eleven assists).
