While the 33-year-old Van Guilder managed to score 93 points (34 goals, 59 assists) in 59 games, 30-year-old Kissel was able to record 42 goals and 42 assists in the same amount of games. Thanks to their performances, both players finished the season on top of the league's scorer ranking.
Together with their (former) teammates, the two American forwards celebrated the win of the national Championship title yesterday night.
