The 31-year-old is, of course, familiar with EHC Olten’s organisation, having played for them for four seasons until 2015. This past two years, he suited up 44 times for the Lakers during the regular season.
Tobler will succeed Simon Pfister, who is set to join EV Zug for the upcoming season. He will not only serve as goalie coach for the first team but also for all of Olten’s junior teams.
