As he says to Radio Rottu, president Norbert Eyer has a good feeling about the new season: "We have done our homework," he explains. "We hired a team manager, an experienced coach and two top import-players." Eyer hopes, that all these factors will help to forget the last, rather disappointing season.
It was due to this disappointing season on the ice that EHC Visp had to accept a loss of CHF 98,000. Especially the early out from the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup, in which Visp had to accept a 4-8 defeat in Round 1 against the SCL Tigers, had a negative impact on their finances.
