As HC Thurgau announces, they have officially agreed to terms with forward Daniel Steiner. He has been a part of the team since several weeks.

As already anticipated at the beginning of August, Steiner finally signed a one-year contract with Thurgau. The 37-year- old winger has played for the Swiss League team since August 11 as he participated in the team's season preparation.

During his career, Steiner has suited up for several teams in the National League: SCL Tigers, ZSC Lions, SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, HC Ambrì-Piotta, EHC Biel. Last season, he appeared in 29 games for HC Fribourg-Gottéron in which he scored one goal and six assists.
