Anaheim Ducks have assigned Reto Berra to the AHL

According to Eric Stephens (Orange County Register), the Anaheim Ducks have sent Reto Berra down to their AHL affiliate, the San Diego Gulls.

Ryan Miller has recovered from his injury and thus the Ducks no longer need Berra up in the NHL for the time being. In four games for the Ducks this season thus far, he has posted a .932 save percentage.

Reto Berra is on waivers. Surely, Ducks hope he clears.

Actually, my bad on Berra. He shouldn't/didn't need waivers since he cleared Nov. 4 and wasn't up for 10 games/30 days. Ducks have assigned him and Jaycob Megna to AHL San Diego.
