The defenseman has been loaned to Columbus' AHL-affiliate for conditioning purposes. 

Dean Kukan might see some ice time again

After only playing six of the Blue Jackets' 27 games so far this season, Dean Kukan has been loaned to the Cleveland Monsters for the purpose of conditioning. 

The Swiss defenseman's last game was on November 6. In his appearances this season, the 25-year-old has averaged a total of 12:21 minutes of time on ice and is yet to record a point.

Cleveland plays their next game tonight at 7:05 pm Eastern Standard Time. It remains to be seen if Kukan will be in the lineup for the Monsters.
