Jonas Siegenthaler has been with the New Jersey Devils since mid-April when he was traded from the team that drafted him, the Washington Capitals.

He did, however, only appear in eight games for the New Jersey Devils, as he missed time due to being in the Covid-19 protocol. After the end of the Devils' season, he joined the Swiss team for the World Championship in Lativa (one assist in seven games).
