Kevin Fiala and the Minnesota Wild have met each other halfway in terms of their respective demands: the 25-year-old forward was asking for a salary of $6.25 million in his arbitration hearing, while Minnesota offered $4 million. The next offseason, Fiala will thus become a restricted free agent (RFA).
