After being sent down to the San Jose Barracuda on February 17, the 20-year-old forward will thus have the opportunity to play NHL hockey again. The Sharks are going to face the Dallas Stars on Monday night next week.

This season so far, Meier has appeared in 32 games for the Barracuda (21 points) and 26 games on NHL-level, scoring three goals and two assists.
