According to Joe Smith (Tampa Bay Times), the 25-year-old has likely been called up as insurance on Vladislav Namestnikov, who is dealing with a lower-body injury, for tomorrow's game against the Arizona Coyotes. Namestnikov himself told reporters yesterday that he expects to be in the lineup on Tuesday.

This term thus far, Vermin has appeared in a total of eleven games for the Lightning (three assists) and 43 games for Syracuse, scoring twelve goals and 16 assists.
